Olivier Ejderyan

Dr. Olivier Ejderyan is a researcher whose work focuses on the interconnections between society, technology, and nature. He holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and has held academic positions in Switzerland, Japan, and France before joining FiBL in 2022. Specializing in the social dimensions of sustainable water management, Olivier explores which type of innovation practices can foster social and environmental resilience, particularly in agriculture and rural development. He has extensive experience in addressing challenges related to water governance, climate adaptation, and sustainable resource use, consistently emphasizing transdisciplinary approaches that bridge scientific knowledge and policy-making.
