Excursion

This year, as a special exception, the Post-Congress Excursion is offered free of charge to all participants, generously sponsored by BIO PLANET S.A. On 27 June, participants will have the opportunity to visit a leading Polish company specialising in the production and distribution of certified organic food for organic retailers, supermarkets, and food service providers. Please note that participation requires registration, and places are limited—allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is closed – all excursion seats have been taken. Registered participants will receive soon a separate email regarding their participation at the excursion.

• BIO PLANET S.A.

During this half-day excursion, participants will visit one of Poland’s leading organic food distribution centres – the BIO PLANET S.A., located in Leszno near Warsaw. Bio Planet is the market leader in organic food distribution in Poland, with over 20 years of experience and a wide portfolio of certified organic products. 

Guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the logistics centre operates, serving both retail stores and individual customers. The visit will include a presentation about the logistics and distribution of organic products, an opportunity for questions, and light refreshments (coffee, tea, BIO snacks).

• Organic Market & Bistro Q22

Afterwards, the group will travel to Organic Market & Bistro Q22 in central Warsaw – a modern organic store that promotes a healthy lifestyle and sustainable consumption. The visit will offer time for browsing, shopping, and lunch, allowing participants to experience the consumer end of the organic supply chain – from warehouse to store shelf.
