Ticket fees

NB: registration for European Organic Congress 2024 is closed.

Regular ticket: 450 EUR
Member ticket: 320 EUR
Discount ticket: 190 EUR (student/small scale farmer*)

*To ensure that the Congress is accessible to all, this specific ticket is available for farms whose average revenue excluding tax over the last three years remains below 40.000€ – based on the income of a small scale farmer in Hungary.

What does the ticket include?

Entrance to the two-day Congress program on 10-11 September
Congress lunch on 10 September, from 12:00 – 13:00 (for early arrivals)
Congress dinner on 10 September, from 19:00 – 22:00 (complimentary this year)
Congress lunch on 11 September, from 12:30 – 13:45
Post-Congress excursions on 12 September, from 08:30 – 15:00 (complimentary this year), including snacks. Kindly be informed that excursions have reached their full capacity, therefore, we cannot accept registrations for them anymore. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration on the HU Presidency's platform

After purchasing your EOC ticket through the registration platform linked below, you will receive an email from the Congress organisers with an invitation to complete an additional mandatory accreditation form on the Hungarian EU Presidency’s registration platform. Since the European Organic Congress is organised in the framework of the official Hungarian EU Presidency programme, completing both registrations is necessary to gain entry to the EOC.

How to order tickets

Purchasing your Congress ticket will only take a few minutes. Below, you’ll find our quick, 10-step guide on how to do it:

1. Click ‘order your ticket now’ button below
2. Create an account* with ‘new account’ button
3. Fill in attendee data on registration form
4. Check your email for ‘European Organic Congress 2024 – Registration’ from congress@organicseurope.bio
5. Click the first link in the email (check spam if not in primary inbox);
6. Create a password;
7. Log into registration platform;
8. Choose the correct ticket category; select 2 breakout sessions and optionally you can also add an excursion to your ticket at no extra cost;
9. Complete billing information and payment;
10. Download and bring your order summary to the Congress.
