Maaike Raaijmakers studied biology and has been a project manager at Bionext, the Dutch chain organization for organic agriculture and food, since 2003. Through her work she has become an expert in the field of GMO’s, patent law and organic seed legislation. She has played an important role within the LIVESEED project and has been a member of the seed expert group of IFOAM OE for many years.
