Clara Sabán de la Portilla is a researcher at IMIDRA, the Madrid Institute for Research, Rural, Agrarian and Agri-food Development.
She is trained as an agronomist, has a master’s degree in agroecology and is a PhD candidate in agri-food economics, within the research team on Transformations in agriculture and agricultural, rural and environmental policies.
Since 2017 she works in the Applied research and agricultural extensión Area, establishing and coordinating agroliving labs in Madrid Region, in collaboration with municipalities and private companies, for the promotion of sustainable and inclusive food systems.
