Barbara Maria Rudolf, 63 years old, lives in northern Germany and serves as the CEO of Christiansens Biolandhof, where they produce vegetables for organic wholesalers and retailers. Since 2009, they have been leading a breeding project focused on organic vegetable varieties, including carrots, beetroot, parsnips, radish, broccoli, and cauliflower. Barbara is also a board member of DV-oekopz, a seed expert for BÖLW (the German organic umbrella organization), and an active member of IFOAM Organics Europe.
